I don't know you, but I saw this entry on jaquie05's friend page.
I think it's total bullshit that your school's administration reads your thoughts and opinions. And if they must read, then you definately shouldn't be punished for this. It's called freedom of speech, and you aren't violating anyone else's personal rights, therefore this should be left alone.

wow your school is up in everyone's business even when theyre not at school. wow theyre uber paranoid.

personally, being the punk i am, would make my LJ as exciting as possible and invite the school to make a big deal about it. go ahead, suspend me for publishing my own thoughts.

this is where the real world part comes in. because then you can go to court and win a settlement from your school district. it is not illegal to speak your mind. and getting suspended for it would tarnish your record and cause various sorts of damage that you could seek compensation for and most likely win.

i'm now going to sign off and pull my hair out in anger of having to be alive at the same time as those stupid people
