Halloween Party

Anybody got any good costume ideas for Mike Bauder's Halloween party? Im leaning toward either TO (with jersey, pacifier, football, and empty pill bottles) or GW Bush (shirt and tie, horns and pitchfork) If anyone has any ideas of things that are cheap and original, and can top my above ideas, let me know
