It depends on the anima. There's normally three factors that are looked at:

- type of animal the anima is
- age of the anima
- how well trained

The more wild or aggressive they are, the cheaper they tend to be. Unless others have their eye on him(?) to use as a fighter in the colliseum. Then the price might sky rocket at the auctions.
