[Private to Minerva]
In the middle of the day yesterday, Pansy Parkinson and Marcus Flint brought Adrian Pucey and Kevin Entwhistle to the infirmary. By their appearance, both boys had been victims of an attack by an unknown assailant. I have prescribed bed rest for Mr Pucey, who was worse injured, until Wednesday evening. By Thursday he should be able to return to his normal routine.

Mr Entwhistle was treated and given permission to leave, but no amount of cajoling has been able to persuade him to leave his companion friend's bedside -- or eat or sleep, for that matter. I thought I ought to inform you of the matter, though at this point there's little enough to do except let Mr Pucey heal normally.

[Private to Miss Pansy Parkinson]
Miss Parkinson, I think that you might want to come down to the infirmary at your earliest convenience and look after Mr Entwhistle, before he ends up in the bed next to Mr Pucey due to his seeming refusal to eat or get any restful sleep. You're probably one of the few people he would listen to at the moment, and I know you are concerned for his well-being.

[PRIVATE]
I was wondering how long it would be before one or the other of them ended up in here. I'm still concerned that this whole affair (how crude a term to use, Porphyria) will eventually spill over and affect Miss Edgecombe as well. All questions of sowing what ye reap aside...honestly, what chance does physical violence have against the hormonal compulsions of a young wizard?
