Mr Flint,

As you are probably aware, Pansy Parkinson was taken ill very suddenly over the weekend, and has been under my care since early Sunday morning. She is in stable condition, but she is still very ill. Though she is not permitted visitors yet, I thought I should write to you and inform you that when she regained consciousness for a few moments late last night, she did specifically ask to see you. I will let you know when she is able to have visitors, and in the meantime I can only suggest that you write to either the Headmaster or Professor McGonagall and request a temporary pass to come onto school grounds.

Sincerely,
Poppy A. Pomfrey

That cunning little girl. Barely able to move, let alone speak, and she manages to bind me by the Oath. Whatever she received the Cruciatus for, it certainly wasn't for lack of foresight. This certainly makes me wonder what else the girl has learned from her parents.

The only thing I can do now is prepare the proper Ministry forms -- at least those don't need names, merely dates and times and symptoms. But there's no use crying over spilt milk. I can't go back on the Oath.

Miss Parkinson, I suggest you stay unconscious for as long as is humanly possible. I'm not finished with you yet.
