Professor, is hopping on both feet allowed, or perhaps some other activity? I don't mean to complain, but my sense of balance has never been very good.
Of course, Miss Bulstrode. Anything that will get your heart rate up is permitted. Nothing too strenuous, mind, and don't forget that you will have to mention the activity you were doing at the time. Hopping on one foot will produce a far different effect on your heart rate than, say, running laps around the Quidditch pitch for twenty minutes. But yes, any mild physical activity is certainly acceptable.

I was actually thinking of doing some stair-climbing. Enough to increase my heart rate, but not challenging enough to cause me to lose my balance.
