Not really. I didn't get that far while looking for Ichigo, a very scary man blocked my way at the Seventh Divison. I will find it though! I'm currently in the 3rd division, is it far from there?

I'm afraid I am not very familiar with the layout, myself. If the Divisions are in numerical order, it should not be far. I do believe that the 13th has moved to the very center, however. I have been told they switched places with the 1st (though I'm not sure why).
