Jump roping!

Even though you hate running you might want to try it out. Maybe 15 minutes running, 15 minutes jump roping and do some core strengthening exercises at home as well (plank, push ups, etc)

i don't mind running in place so maybe i could start with that alternating with jump roping? thinking i might do the 30 day shred again since that's a pretty manageable workout to do every day. that incorporates the stuff you mentioned.

workout videos online, such as at exercisetv.com (They have some free ones but some you have to buy) or fitsugar.com. I use the exercise TV ones on my TV and love them. I recommend Cindy Whitmarsh's.
