hello, i'm new here and i wanted to ask for some advice. i'm a pretty healthy eater but i really don't exercise much because i often don't have time. i hate running and i dislike going to the gym. i like cycling, swimming, gymnastics and yoga, but i have difficulty to find the time to swim (since it involves going to the gym, showering, etc.)

Even though you hate running you might want to try it out. Maybe 15 minutes running, 15 minutes jump roping and do some core strengthening exercises at home as well (plank, push ups, etc)
