Leg Cramp Before Running

Hello all, I just have one question: Is it OK to go running after you have a leg cramp? I just woke up and was planning to go for a run but thenI realized I had a leg cramp during my sleep because my leg muscle is feeling really sore ( Read more... )

first of all, I am SO SORRY It took so long for this to get approved. I was staying at my mom's for the weekend, and thought I did approve it and then after I got back I realized it didn't go through.
I would say if this happens again, start out walking and then stretch, and then go from there based on how you feel.

I've heard that coconut water is really good for helping recovery from leg cramps and side stitches.

Am not a doctor or anything, and often just find it refreshing and tasty as a workout drink so if you can dig it give it a try! :)

I've heard this too. Coconut water is pretty high in nutrients but low in calories, so it seems like a good choice.
