Thank you for the post, having myself some trouble to find sleep I second the feeding versus sleeping aspect. Previous surveys about this specific aspect were made with muslims during their ramadan time, eating at night, sleeping less with an impact on one's weigh too...(without saying nothing about one's liver and gall bladder!)
