i just finished day 8 on HMR's healthy solutions program, and let me say i am pretty damn happy about it. i've lost 2 lbs, which is a very healthy amount of weight to lose in a week, but more importantly, this was the week of healthiest eating i've probably EVER had. lots of fruits and veggies, and NO JUNK FOOD. at all. i'm liking it. i have enough

i have no idea if i've lost any weight, but i'm sure i must've. this was a very good week for me, too...but i didn't exercise much this weekend. still...i'm doing well.

i haven't been doing too great with exercise AT ALL, but i'm gonna try to implement more of that this week. starting right now, actually. i have this 10 minute solution DVD and i'm gonna do a boot camp and a kickboxing workout back to back, so it's just 20 minutes out of my morning, but still a pretty good workout. so yeah.
