Broke the fast.
Amusingly, had a vegetarian burrito from the taqueria.
It was good.
And you know... I don't feel too bad about it.
I still feel like I accomplished what I needed to.
I cleaned out for a bit and took a short break from food.
All good.

thanks! I mean, 4 days of fasting had to do me some good, no? even if it didn't affect my weight much, it's good to know that I cleaned my system out and now know exactly what is in there.

4 days of fasting is extremely good. I seriously doubt I would even last a day fasting, let alone 4. I'm really proud of you, sarah.

And don't feel bad about breaking the fast with a burrito. It could have been alot worse!

Hi! I've seen you in ed_ucate and a_better_body, so I was reading in your LJ and I made your spicy chili recipe and it was AMAZING! It was really good. I've only tasted it, I'm going to have it for dinner tonite, but I just wanted to tell you it was really easy and good. (i am the worst cook, ever.) I also stole your bran muffin recipes. I was wondering if you also had the fat and protein content on those. I use fit day and it doesn't just let me put in calories.
ANYHOW! Great job on the recipes. Did you come up with them yourself?

wow! I'm so happy that you tried my recipes! I hope you enjoy the chili!!! Yep, the chili recipe is mine, and the bran muffin one is mostly mine... I got the basics from somewhere else and then changed it a bit.

hm, I don't know the fat and protein content offhand for the muffins, but I can pretty easily figure out the fat content. I'll let you know!
