I am not including incredibly specific measurements for everything, because seriously... I literally threw it all together, and it probably doesn't matter how much you use.

Things are... eh. I'm eating too much. Can't bear to step on the scale. I will next week. I just need to get back into a regular workout routine... I've really fallen off in that respect, and that's not good.
Haha, well, my summer hasn't really started yet (in SF our warmest months are September and October!), so I still have some time to get my booty in gear! I just need to do it!
