2 whole wheat pumpkin cookies (homemade)
1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
16 oz. oj
apple
cup of veg. lentil soup
pita
mixed greens salad
cup of veg. gumbo soup
mixed greens salad

exercise:

water: 26 oz.

notes: Logging food for a while. This will be a scary week, with holiday parties Thurs, Fri, and Sat. ugh. I'm going to try to work out ( Read more... )

hun, someone had emailed me to be accepted into our community, and i went to the page where you can add a member but i still dont see her on the list, am i suppose to do anything else?

that means that she never clicked on the "join community". :) just tell her to do that, and once she does, her name will appear and you can approve her.
