It was an up and down week for me. I started out great, preparing my snacks and lunches for work, etc. But I didn't work out like I wanted to on Tuesday. As far as exercise goes, I read somewhere that doing something 10 times makes it a habit, doing something 100 times makes it an ingrained part of your routine. 10 workouts of any kind will get you in the mind (and body set) to just keep up with it; 100 workouts will make it second nature to you. So yes, the more Xs you see on your calendar the more established your exercise habit will be.

I read that too (only I thought it was 15 times. I like 10 better!). It's so true! I did that about flossing my teeth back before I had GIa..and it really stuck (until I had Gia and was so sleep deprived!). I'm hoping to make it to 100 workouts!
