Holiday hangover

God I love tamales.

You will totally loose 50 lbs by Christmas. One bad day....or week, won't ruin it all. You just gotta pick yourself up and be better the next day. Good luck! I am pulling for you all the way!

Laura,

Can you tell me what plan you are using? or if you are just following you rules you've listed. When I have dieted in the past I have counted calories..Im not sure if I am focused enough yet to do that. My Plan is to set weekly goals at least through the end of Feb. then I might begin counting calories.
This week my goals are to drink 3 bottles of water/no soda and only one "sugar" this week.

I'm not using any plan. I just identify my weakness and try to create rules to keep myself from letting them ruin me.

I have a very hard time counting calories. I hate doing it. I know it is helpful but I have tried so many times and realized that it probably isn't the best way to go. That is why I focus more on serving sizes and getting enough veggies into my diet.

I like the idea of weekly goals. It's a good way to start of small.
