So here have a the question nobody cares about all answered... thing.
Why is Yuu emo?
... )': Well, to be fair, he isn't exactly getting emo. It's actually hard to make him go emo, and although he does have that kind of moments, he isn't depressed easily.
Right now, after seeing Tama's eating habits, he's just a bit... shocked. Death is a touchy subject to begin with for Yuu, and although he tries to fight it off and be strong most of the time, actually seeing it was traumatic. It doesn't help that he was kind of disgusted seeing Tama (;___;) was eating that person. And how Tama reacted and treated him afterwards? Even worse, he's scared as hell now.
He's still an impressionable 15 years old, you know )': I'm aware that in this kind of setting his reactions may be a bit exagerated, but I thought they were the most realistic for a character like Yuu, which is why I'm going for it. I apologize if it seems like he's going down the emofest, especially because there was an emoexplosion, but.. )':
So what would get him emo?
There are a few things, and although I figure he would snap out of it after a while, there are some that would get him depressed for a while. What Keita did was one of the examples: first he disappeared, leaving Yuu worried and feeling bad for what had happened at the concert, then he tries to kill Touta, and then hurt and keep Kazuki imprisoned. The chain of events was traumatic for Yuu, especially because he kept fighting (and still is, though he mostly got over it) between wanting to believe in his brother, and wanting to do the right thing. Needless to say he felt extremely guilty for both choices. Oh, and something else he still feel guilty about and will probably never get over? The fact he asked Mitsuru to wait a week before looking for Kazuki. He feels that if only he hadn't asked, maybe Kazuki's eye would have been saved, and even more, he wouldn't have been as broken as he was when they found him.
But anyway, if something like that were to happen again, he would once again get rather depressed, especially because he'd feel guilty about trusting Keita, putting people in danger in the process.
To put it simply, anything he could end up feeling regret for would possibly make him go emo. If Tohru would have killed Keita, he would have regretted talking to Tohru about him, and he would have regretted not protecting his brother.
Other things would obviously be someone he care for die, or being hurt in general, although in the latter case he tries to be as positive and strong as possible. Generally, Yuu is a very optimistic kid and he himself wants to keep a positive outlook on life.
Why the hell is he not talking?
He's mute from the shock rofl.
Well, no, seriously, he is. Though it's more like he doesn't want to talk, I mean, even when he wants to, he can't bring himself to do it. It would be the exact same thing if he tried to do like Zai and write down what he wants to say: he'd stare at the paper but he wouldn't be able to write anything at all.
It all has sense in my head but it probably doesn't really ahahah. Well, anyway, it's more like he refuses to communicate with people. He's aware that it's going to be a problem for everyone though, so he'll still try to.
Chances are things will only get worse if people keep asking to actually talk, or what happened in general. He'd feel under pression.
Why did he forgive Michi so easily?
I mentioned it in chat already, but although he likes Michi and sees her as a friend, the reason he forgave her so easily when she could have killed him is because that situation reminded him of what happened to Kazuki with Keita.
He felt that if Kazuki could manage to forgive Keita despite having lost much more (like, one eye), he should have done the same for Michi. That, and of course, he really does believe she was just lost.
That being said, Arinori's words made him think and realize he can't allow to be too careless, because if Michi were to hurt anyone else, in a way it would be his fault for not stopping her. This is why even though he thinks of her as a friend and trust her, he's going to be careful around her (like when he called Tohru to go with them)
Why did Yuu turn gay?
Yuu's relationship with Tohru is difficult to explain. I admit I had no idea things were going to turn out like this, it was unexpected for me too. I rarely actually plan things with my characters so really, Yuu's feelings just changed because of the events. And I could list them, really.
But I'm lazy.
More questions nobody cares about later, now I'm lazy.
