I acknowledge the existence of parallel worlds, but...I didn't think it was...theoretically possible to get transported to one. Then again, there is much we as humans do not understand about the ways of our big, big universe...I suppose that is why we ache to learn.

[When Kotomi decides to look into Yamame's room...she's going to come upon what she might consider a horrid sight.]

[The room is dark, the shutters kept close. If a light is turned on or the blinds opened Kotomi will be treated to a room that is heavily coated in spider webs, mostly in the corners of the room, and around/underneath furniture.]

[Kotomi may also notice a rather large number of spiders that will skitter off to their hiding places....and at the epicenter of it all a young blonde girl sleeping on the bed wrapped in spider webs as well. She doesn't appear to be dead, but she is sleeping soundly.]

Well that's okay, because Yamame will help you make friends! Yamame is good at making friends!

[Yamame then pats Kotomi on the head and gives her a smile.] So no more crying, okay? Yamame is a super hero, you know! I will help Kotomi-san!

Malts? Um...sure.

Yamame will take you to get one sometime! They're really good and you can go other places to get really good food too like hamburgers and french fries and Yamame never had that kind of food before I came here!

[As she speaks, she's making grand, excited hand gestures and spinning around just to put emphasis on how freaking fantastic it all is to her. To her, Mayfield is just sort of amazing...even if it is scary sometimes and makes the humans sad.]

Hee... Alright. [Kotomi thinks for a moment.] And, er, what did you eat back home?

Um, Yamame ate lots of things!

I tried to eat bugs, but those were gross. Then I tried to eat mushrooms, but they made me sick! They made me feel funny too and I saw weird things!

So then I just started going into town but I didn't have any money! Sometimes they would give me stuff even if I didn't have money but Yamame does not know why!

And then Yamame found out how to help people in town so then they gave Yamame food more and more! Yamame did not have to eat very often back home, but it was just tasty to eat food!

Oh, my. Well, that's fortunate that you found a way.

[She hesitates for a second before adding:] Er, I had to make my own food from quite a young age, so...if there's anything you'd like, I can try to make it.

Yamame likes everything! Yamame likes food!

Kotomi-san can make whatever she wants! Yamame will definitely eat it.

[She then gives Kotomi a big smile, almost seeming to encourage her.]

By the way...are you the only other person in the house? I-I mean the person I woke up aside was still sleeping, so I could not tell if he, um, was a...resident or not.

Yamame does not see him much! But he's nice I guess. I haven't seen much for me to tell!
