[She continues to hug the poor girl, patting her on the head in hopes that maybe she can help to calm her down.]

Sometimes weird things happen here! There have been all sorts of strange things since Yamame got here.

One time, when I was tied up to my bed, something crushed this whole house and I died! [She giggles after stating that...as if she finds it funny.]

No no Yamame is not a ghost! Yamame is a Youkai!

When people die here they wake up in their bed the next day! Everyone's kind of immortal here!

A youkai? [She thinks for a moment.] Are you a jorougumo?

[And at her last statement, Kotomi kind of...blankfaces.]

Yamame does not know! Yamame didn't have parents or anything to tell me!

[Kotomi's eyes widen.] Oh. T-That's... [Amazing? Terrifying? Well her not!daughter is a youkai either way.]

So that's why you have all of those spiders...

Seriously Yamame could get to stage 4 and there would be no difference. xD

Yea they're cute and they're my friends! The spiders here don't talk much, though.

Actually they don't really talk at all. They still seem to like Yamame's room though! Don't worry I know humans don't like spiders much so I will keep them up there and they won't bother Kotomi-san.

Oh and Yamame knows that Youkai are supposed to eat humans and stuff but Yamame does not do that! I like humans and I try not to hurt them so don't be scared okay?
