Hello, everyone! [She gulps a little bit.]

Um, I was wondering--do any of you have any books, of, ah, any subject? Books you'd reccommend or are willing to loan? The...the library only has books about cooking, and, um...childcare...

Thank you...

I don't have any, but you could try checking the English rooms in the school.

Ah, but I've read them all already. And most of them contain numerous falsehoods...

The English books do?

About American history and sociopolitical and geographical achievements in the world, at least.

Well, if you're looking for nonfiction I guess. But I meant the novels.

I don't know how they intend to call it a library if it is filled with books about nothing but cooking and childcare. [TOUCHY TOPIC. KOTOMI NEEDS LIBRARY PLZ.]

I could trade you books on woodshop and finding a job. [THEY SHOULD MAKE THEIR OWN.]

Yeah, basically. It's a pretty dumb library.

I would suggest...perhaps starting our own, but...I do wonder how we would go about doing that...

We'd have to get books to put in it first. And put it somewhere.

[But he sounds interested in this idea.]

Do you think the general populace would be willing to let go of the ones they no longer read?

The location, though...

Or maybe we could make copies? It would need to be at someone's house I think.

Is there a proper copy-machine in this town, I wonder? Besides the machines at the schools and offices, but ah...book-printings...

I would offer mine, but I do not think the town generally wants to pick spiders out of their literature...
