I know how you're feeling. Body image is always something I've fought with. One thing that helps me sometimes is finding what I love about myself and being thankful for that one thing. Then move on to another thing you love, and so on and so forth. Alanis Morrisette wrote an article in a magazine a few years ago describing this same concept
