I've been trying to call you since about ten minutes after my last message to you because that was when I realised that you didn't deserve the shit I dealt out to you.

I'm sorry, okay? Really sorry. You didn't deserve to be on the receiving end of my abandonment issues (yes, my shrink finally confirmed it) and if you breaking up with Zidane is anything to do with me, I will gladly take the public execution that the Hanging Committee has now set up for me.

Gotta ask how they found out about all of this, though... and in such detail... what did you tell him? This was a private dispute between you and me based on past experiences, nothing to do with them...

You don't deserve what everyone is throwing at you. You didn't tell me to break up with him... I did that myself. You, you were right Riku. You're always right about guys that are bad for me and it's time I start listening to you. I broke up with him before I got too attached...

I don't know how they know. All I told Zidane was that I had a fight with you and then I hid away in my room... unless he got into my phone... I swear I didn't tell him anything we fought about..

I'd like to think I don't. I didn't tell you to dump Zidane; I just wanted you to think more about what you were doing because I could see you just careering off and forgetting everyone else... I mean, before Christmas, I'd barely heard a word from you since you starting going goo-goo for him...

The thing is, I don't know him. If he hacked your phone and read my messages, I'm putting a hit out on him, but the honest truth is that I don't know him. I don't think we want to know each other, to be honest. He's probably shit-scared of me, and I don't like him on principle because, aside from making me vomit with every word that comes out of his mouth, it... feels like he's taking someone I love away from me.

Like I said, abandonment issues. It's to do with my parents. Very complicated.

You don't Riku... you don't deserve any of this. The relationship with Zidane was moving entirely too fast for me... He, told me that he loves me in a voice mail after I broke up with him... it's entirely too soon for that... how could he...?

I know you don't know him... I barely know him. I was hoping the trip away together would give us a chance to get to know one another but that didn't happen. You're not going to lose me Riku... you know that I love you entirely too much for that.

I was crying and upset and he asked and I said the first thing that came to mind when he asked what was wrong; the truth. That's all I said though...

Don't fret too much, I'm sure he's okay... if he's in trouble or needs help, he'll let someone know. He's got a vast array of incredibly talented and powerful people willing and able to jump to his help at any time... and I'm positive he wouldn't want you to worry too much over him. I'm sure he'd rather see you cheering him on.

Chin up, darling. It's okay to be worried, but give him more credit than that!
