Do girls find that attractive? Somewhere, someone does. Otherwise it would never have progressed to this point.

It's been like this for years. When I was in high school some 15ish years ago, the pants were hanging off the butt and they've been steadily sliding south ever since. I figure another 10 years or so, they'll have long underwear on and have their pants wadded up at the knee.
