Beth was an up and coming Rep for a sophomoric brokerage company and she hadn't stopped moving in two months. Unfortunately, her title still meant very little, and her job consisted of a lot more running around getting and doing for other people. But the pay was a lot better and she got to use a company car while she was working. Being driven around NYC was a fantastic way of getting things done. In her opinion ( ... )

Dean was leaning against the side of the taxi, back pressed against the yellow paint as he wiped his hands off. Turns out the rattle wasn't as bad as he thought, and it was just going to take a few minutes to fix, but he needed a little bit of somewhat fresh air before he finished.

He pushed himself to his feet and made his way to the front of the garage, glancing around at the cars driving by until he spotted the hot chick on the phone, looking a little irritated. He didn't say anything, just watched her while he tried to figure out what exactly it was she was so ticked about.

Marcus approached Dean. "If you guys aren't too backed up, you think someone could take a look at her?" He nodded towards the car.

Meanwhile Beth was yelling at a secretary because all the cars were in use, and she was going to have to wait. And be yelled at by Adam. She really didn't want to deal with that. Again. So yes. She was a little irritated. She glanced over and watched Marcus speak to Dean, but glanced away quickly.

Dean glanced from the woman, making an unamused noise at her dismissal of him, before heading over to the car. "What seems to be the problem?"

Dean made his way out of Lara's office and into the main area of the garage when he spotted the leg sticking out of the car door. He watched her for a moment, before crossing his arms in front of his chest.

"Lemme guess. Wallet?"

She jumped at his voice behind her and hit her head. "Ouch!" She pulled out of the car, rubbing her head. "Excuse me?"

"Whatever it was you forgot," he replied, seeming completely remorseless about making her hit her head.
