How did you make that vector in you Deviant gallery?

Well, I was planning to vector it but then I got too lazy. I just used pentool to create the lines and stuff.

If you are, you can follow that tutorial. It teaches you the basics of it. From there, you can make it more detailed by adding more layers, etc.
