Ok, please don't take this the wrong way, but here's my view on the whole thing.
Jeff, no offense, but you kind of hit on everything that has boobs. Hah. Like, it seems like you fall in love with every girl you meet. And then ask almost every one of them out. Not all guys do that, ya know? And if they did... they'd be rejected most of the time too. Unless they were like famous. Or REALLY awesome or something. You just have to accept that not everybody will like you. And how sincere is it if you seem to like a new girl every week? One tells you you're better off as friends, the next day, there's a new crush. Let it just happen. And like, good for you to have the balls to ask girls out, but don't over-do it. Make sure you really think the girl's worth it first. And you don't want a girlfriend who doesn't feel the same way about you. You want it to be real. You want the feeling to be mutual. You want her to like you too. And you want her to like you for who you are. So don't change for anybody. K? ;)

jeff i'm really sorry but i kinda do agree with sarah it does seem like u like a girl just to like them..relax! just let things happen...i think i told u this when u came over for breakfast last week...just to get too much into it..have fun and maybe you'll find that girl that you're looking for...don't force it b/c then it won't be as fun for you or that girl...you don't want someone going out with you for all the rong reasons...and u can't go out with them just b/c they have boobs...go out with them for them...the people who u asked out prolly don't wanna go out with u bescause they do just want to be your friend i no its tough to be rejected but only go out with a girl that u no likes u you'll find one i swear just give it time! :)
