Of stressful things.

Today I have to face a panel at work to answer questions about allegations of racial harrassment that have been made against me. I am as you might immagine a little bit stressed about this. I have been reassured by my union rep and just about everyone else that it will all be ok but that doesn't stop me feeling pretty sick about the whole thing.

That's awful :/ It's not like your job needs to be any more stressful.

I imagine this sort of thing must happen all the time with public sector workers who come into contact with the general public day to day.

I hope the panel goes well.

You'll be fine. You're no racist and it's in nobody's interests to pretend otherwise.

I can see how it'd be stressful, though.

Deep breaths and remember that it's completely not true. It would be laughable if it wasn't upsetting you.
