We used it when we went to India last, and although there still was a queue, it was much shorter than the queue for people who were doing it the old-fashioned way (like my unfortunate sister, as she was with kids and BA wouldn't allow them to do it online). I think we still queued for about an hour but (a) it's usually longer for long-haul than short-haul, and (b) that was when the system was quite new, so they've probably streamlined since then.
Thanks for this, I always get a bit paranoid before flying especially about getting to the airport in time to get everything done. Glad it actually works, I assume its all well signposted?

(I always get a bit paranoid about time too -- for some reason, missing a plane is one of my greatest phobias...)
