secular humanists are great. I've frequently heard the argument that you can't be just without god...which is complete horse shit.

Hmm.
Didn't realize we were having such an effect on you.
I've said it before, but I'll write it down now: Make sure you are staying true to yourself throughout, and not just blindly following him.

Thanks. It felt good to share that and give a little background before I jump into this thing. And don't worry. I've always done my own thing and never really been a follower but this feels right and its a part of my life I want back.

You know, Mike, that was really moving. I have a lot of issues with organized religion, so much so that I sometimes think I blind myself to the good things that religion can do. I don't think that's always wise, but I have a hard time separating my feelings about particular religions or people in those religions from religion as a whole. As such, I really appreciated reading this. Thank you.

I've always said, 'I have no problem with god, I just hate some of his fan club' Recently another saying came up at the 1337 church last animazement where three people preach the word of god in 1337 code like the story of E-den where the first two members 4d4m and 3v3 tried to gain admin status and god banned them. they begin each sermon with the phrase, 'any god without a sense of humor WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN US ONE."
