HAINE AND YOU!
Dum dee dum, I figure I should get this out of the way as soon as possible!
Re: Threading with Haine if you've never threaded with her before.
This is minor, and I mentioned it in the app but I'll mention it again: Haine mixes words up. One of the things I love about her canon? Sometimes we get a little meta! And that's okay! In SDC, the characters are AWARE that they are talking in "speech bubbles" and so can "read" each other's words! Haine canonically mixes words up that a) have the same kana but different kanji, and b) two kanji that look alike save for a stroke! In ENGLISH, this pretty much translates to words that sound the same but have different spellings (like the cereal/serial thing in the app orz), and words that LOOK similar but sound a little bit different (like say, impregnated/impregnable). Obviously, in a verbal medium, these mix-ups wouldn't come across because you'd hear the sound not the spelling! Since camp is a written medium, obviously I can transfer it across \o/.
The main reason I'm bringing this up is just to warn people who aren't familiar with her that, no, that is not a spelling mistake (... unless it is), that IS intentional and you're totally free to pick up on it and LAUGH AT HER. (PEOPLE DO IN CANON ALL THE TIME.) Sometimes Haine will catch herself on it too and other times she won't. I think that's about all for this section.

Let's get this out of the way fairly quickly:
Haine does not remember you, or camp, or her relationship with you.
I'M SORRY ;o;. But this is the way it has to be done /o\. For several reasons, one of many being the fact that it has been two years since I dropped her and I could not if my life depended on it remember all the intricacies of the relationships she had in camp back then. I hope you will not hold it against me :(. THAT SAID, Haine will do her best not to let your character emo. I THINK it's been long enough that a lot of characters who knew her in the past have dropped, but still. She doesn't like causing other people's sadness even if they're people she doesn't know, so she will be in your base a lot trying to turn that frown upside down!
Also! This is really really minor, but if your character knew Haine before and is the type to remember/remark upon it, you may want to know that Haine has cut her hair DRASTICALLY shorter. It used to be long enough that she could sit on it without trying! It is now just longer than her shoulders. (Obviously this isn't reflected in all her icons since it's only a recent canon development, but work with me here :<.)

A short note on canon--
For those that follow the series (... lol?), Haine is also from a different point in canon than she was previously. THINGS HAVE CHANGED. When I first apped her I had nine chapters of canon to go off and now I have like 40-something. Haine has currently been taken from from the end of chapter 39, AKA the end of the Maika arc. This is a good little spot where her relationship with everyone in canon is pretty stable and the end of one drama has occurred and another has not yet begun o/. When the current arc finishes (which I SUSPECT will also be the end of the manga, since it's the last drama to really unfold), Haine will be updated in camp again. Tadahn.
PHEW OKAY I think that's everything. Questions comments etc go hurr o/.
