The objectification in their advertising, that they think it's a good idea to sell thongs to children, etc, etc.

My dear, I think that your reasoning behind not liking Abercrombie is wrong. I think that buying a nice shirt, like he did, does not make him a supporter of AF's horrific advertising concepts... in the same way that purchasing a cheeseburger at McDonald's does not make you an obese person who is not a good steward of your body. It just means that you happen to like the cheeseburger/shirt. For example, every AF catalog that I see that has those distasteful thongs for 8 year olds and nude folks, I merely just throw them away (if they are sent to me) or hide them, (if they are not). If most everyone thought that their advertising was awful and boycotted AF, that would be great, but unfortunately our society has come to accept it as the norm.

Sorry about the rant, I hope I didn't say anything that you might have taken offense to-- because it's likely that we feel the same way about AF, just with different angles.
