cafe delmarette on pacific has the best soy lattes i've ever drank. if you get an iced coffee they put coffee ice cubes in it. they have bomb vegan sandwiches (not raw)

the farmers market is on weds late afternoon/eve. it's poppin in the summer and so fun

take a bus to uc santa cruz and get off at the kresge college stop. walk up the hill towards the parking lot (not right towards science hill) walk through the parking lot all the way to the back. there's a path that will lead you on a walk through awesome natural/man made stuff (redwoods, water tanks, fields, manzanita scrub, etc)

shoppers corner on soquel ave sells marie sharps: the best hot sauce ever.

also on soquel ave: the 007 has awesome bloody marys but be sure to ask for them without worcestershire sauce (not vegan) ----> unless you're over drinking but just so you know

dharma's in capitola has amazing vegan food and sometimes it's raw
