It's not that Zoe's annoyed with Wash.
Well, she is.
But she's not. It's just...his daughter is now three days over-due, and Zoe's side of the family was nothing if not punctual. Wash is the fly by his seat 'we'll get there when we get there' kind of guy. And she's actually heard him say that before many, many times. Like father, like daughter.
She read somewhere in some magazine in the clinic waiting area that walking is supposed to be good. So, she walks the halls for a while, wondering briefly if she should just sprint at this point, before going back inside. Once she sits, that's it. She's not planning on getting back up again.
