Of course, before Erica can get anything fully implemented, the shit hits the fan in the village. She sent a message to the two people she knew had babies recently, then another, village-wide* giving out her room number and what to bring. Those on the first floor could bring formula, on the second, jarred and boxed baby food, the third, diapers, and so on and so forth. Between them all, if things got extremely serious, they would be prepared.
She has Madeline in a sling against her chest, baby peacefully sleeping, while Angel tells the dogs to stay and not bark at anyone. Then, Angel starts getting her toys ready for any older friends kids who weren't babies.
(So as not to spam the OOC, assume that a village wide message went out inviting all parents to gather at the police chief's place. Also assume all armed and trained people are packing heat.)
