His recent conversation with Eli had gotten Daniel thinking, thinking about the piles of texts that had appeared in the museum that he'd never really gotten to look at. What better way of passing the time than sitting, working out a new language? It would sharpen his skills, and hopefully make helping Eli that little easier

Daniel took her hand as soon as he'd locked the door. Neither of them were willing to wait, it seemed. No detours, not even for him to pick up his ever present coffee. Straight to the hotel, and Kate's room.
