Lisbeth was mostly healed now. The stitches were out now, and her limp barely noticeable as she walked down the sidewalk. She'd have to find a job soon, she knew from what others had said, but she was in no hurry to find one. She'd do something that interested her and wouldn't be cowed by some 'sentient' village's wishes any more than she would have others who wanted to control her life.
She'd address the problem if and when it came to a head and the village no longer provided her a credit.
In the mean time, she was exploring Haurvatat, reading and taking notes on any subjects that struck her fancy in the moment, and getting her hacker feelers out in the very small network available in the village. A collection of books and her laptop in a messenger bag, she walked down the street, looking at the shops as she passed by. She slowed when she caught sight of a shop she hadn't reallly noticed before.
The Ribbon.
She read the sign, but unsure of what it might be, Lisbeth decided she might as well find out. And if it didn't interest her, she'd leave as quickly as she entered.
