There are patterns forming; patterns are comfortable, but dangerous. Predictability can both be friend and foe, shield and vulnerability. Here, Severus has decided that it's allowable to schedule his needs to be delivered at certain times, though he switches them according to mood. He goes in, picks what he wants, delivers his list and then goes elsewhere, whether it be by broom or by foot.
There are places to go and see -- the school is scouted broom, the quittich shop and field too. There's lots to see around here, and the best vantage isn't always from the sky, but in his mind, it might prevent unwanted conversation. But among the shops, there is simply nothing else for it; he has to be on the ground and among the populace.
Thankfully, he radiates 'I'm a greasy git', or so he's been told -- or perhaps, 'I'm a scary Dark Magic user'. That seems to be climbing the charts. The music store gets a look, and some investigation -- but really, it's a Shopping Day. He takes his time and honestly enjoys that most people do not know him here.
Not that this is always going to be the case.
Things will be bought. Places will be seen. Severus is still adjusting, certainly, to the fact that he's not sure what he's supposed to do with himself.
