On the sidewalk fronting the Psych detective agency, Shawn Spencer, fake psychic detective and very much real snack cake connoisseur, was busy. Uber-busy in a way which would have surprised his father, for Shawn had tools at his disposal. Real wrenches, nuts and bolts and those tiny things that look like nails except they were ribbed for...well...someone's pleasure but Shawn wasn't really sure who's.

Shawn's sudden industrial/maker streak was focused solely on a sidewalk vending cart parked just outside the Psych entrance. The cart resembled a hot dog cart, but painted a pleasant shade of blue which matched the small Toyota parked in the alley nearby. Emblazoned on the side of the cart were the words "EZ as Pie" in cutsey, child-like handwriting, reminiscent of the crooked fonts used in such classic signs as "Lemonade-10 cents", "Kissing Booth-1 dollar", or the ever popular "Psychiatric Help 5¢; The Doctor is IN".

Shawn was struggling with all his might to lift a long, massive piece of painted metal, which he intended to attach to the back of the cart. Because, really, what four-wheeled vehicle would be complete without its very own spoiler? He tried lifting with his knees; didn't work. So he was now straining and huffing dramatically, setting his face square-jawed and then attacking the spoiler from the side, but he couldn't get it to budge.

How he got the darn thing outside on the sidewalk in the first place was a mystery.

[ooc: silly Shawn post is silly. slowtime welcomed; I'll be off and on all day too.]
