Drusilla hummed softly as she danced along the grass of the cemetery in her bare, pale feet. Buffy always got an uneasy feeling when she saw Drusilla acting odd. Okay, it was a normal occurrence for Dru to act odd, but it still always gave her the heebie jeebies like another shoe was going to drop.

"I don't think it's going to sing." Though she wouldn't put anything past the village letting something happen. Zombie birds wouldn't be the weirdest thing to happen.

Her red lips pressed further into the frown as she remained on her knees, but turned her upper half enough to look at the slayer.

"Have you turned her against me?" Though her voice wasn't near anything actually threatening that Drusilla was capable of sounding like.

Buffy blinked at the question, at first confused who the her was. Then it dawned on her Dru meant the bird. "No." Though she would have if that had been an option.

"She's dead." A beat. "I know that that doesn't always mean they can't do other things." Case in point, Dru and Spike. "But usually birds can't."

She hummed unhappily as her frown grew in size. "She sang such pretty little songs..." She closed her eyes as if she could hear it still.
