Yesterday morning, 6 am.

This air
so cold it steals my breath
inhale
you can nearly taste death
look up
to see the sky falling
exhale
as it hits me here.

Yeah, I'm not sure. It seemed pretty deep when I came up with it. Now it seems lame.

I love poems like that because they seem like the most amazing things when you think of them even if you think they look ridiculous the next time you read over them. I liked it. It was straight and to the point.
