I never thought about why a guy would play in a club or restaurant, if there is actually a significant meaning other than the need for money. But this is awesome. This is an awesome Flones with Romance, and for the love of me, I couldn't understand why I was imagining it all in black and white movie way, thing...Clark Gable anybody?

I did picture the two boys as Dougie and Harry, and that made me "Awww!!!" more. The detail you gave in that almost courtship like sequence is very romantic.

It's positively exciting when Tom told Danny his name in the end, kinda like when you didn't notice that you've held your breath and you only realized that you did it when you sighed or exhale. There is not many stories with that I tell you.

Thank you for posting, and I loved it, every word :)

funny actually .. while writing i had this film-scenery in my head as well. not really black-white though. i just generally thought of one of those smoke-filled jazz-clubs you see in some american films. but hey, black-white works too. 'casablanca'-style or something. but 'casablanca' was that bogart-guy, wasn't it? don't blame me, i have no clue about the classics.

haha .. guess why you pictured the other boys as dougie and harry? cos that was my intention. it were them .. for me at least.

you know, i always love your comments actually. they're always very thought-through and stuff. like, you really get in the mood and everything. i love that! so thank you for that!

haha, no prob, coz i think really good fics deserve really good comments.

I know how hard it is to write one (but you seemed to have a flair for it.)

I give my fair share of "LOL, Loved it, Post more soon" type of comments, but if the writer puts more substance in the fic, then we could comment more on it, isnt it?

Well, I'm a fan of yours and it had been my pleasure :)

This was adorable and really good. And the ending was the best.

Also, you know the two guys? I saw them as Dougie and Harry ^__^

Ooh I really liked that!
The perfect distraction from revision!
That was a really great story, I loved how it had dept but kept its serenity.
The young couple was so Dougie and Harry... and it was just so sweet...
The ending was perfect.
Some endings can be rushed, or just left hanging, but you got that spot on!
Just fantastic!
xx

I lovedd the part when Tom was explaining why he loved his job. And the ending! The whole thing is so, like, flowy and easy and nice. Just.. ♥ =]
