I just don't understand why somebody from Delaware would have a specific person to deal with another single country. I wonder if he also has a person who deals with his Australian affairs or perhaps his Antartican affairs. Nobody from Delaware shouldn't be able to meet with you lol

Maybe she handles all international affairs and the secretary just called her the person who handles African Affairs to sound better. But it's alright. I def. don't give up that easily.
