i can't breathe. i feel like the air is being sucked out of my lungs. i can't be strong anymore. i can't do this. i won't do anything stupid, but i can't be like this anymore. i feel like i'm in a box that is continuously getting smaller and smaller.

this is my mental breakdown and it's coming like train.
