my oh my

i had this terrible thought occurance mere seconds ago. i won't be seeing some of my closest friends any more. yeah. i neglect my friends, but i at least know that they're around and i could call them up and see them within the hour. i went through this after high school, last year, and now this year again. it's sad all the same each ( Read more... )

if thoughts became actions, i would invent a machine to bring giant sloths at the tar pits back to life....do you realize you are 3 years older than i am?

yes, i knew that. i also know that you thought i was only two years older than you. i didn't really take the effort to correct you that time. it was late and my contact was bothering me. blah. i'm old and decrepit--get me a walker, sonny.

Oh, Pauline! I love you too!! I'm in Italy, by the way. It's so amazing. 24 of the smartest astronomy students from around the world (don't ask how I got in), and they're fun to boot!

By the way, who is "meteorhitspope"? I don't like people talking about JP that way. Did I tell you I might meet him while I'm here?

i am completely amazed that you're in italy but not so amazed that you're amongst brilliant astronomers cos you deserve to be. i liked your italy pictures very much so. hmmm....i've got some news for you but that'll have to wait for a personal email.
