GOD DAMNIT! ugh TV is evil. Not really, but I lose all control over my eating whenever I watch TV. Like seriously every time I turn that evil tube on I overeat. I watch a show after school.... 500 calories later... UGH. 300 calories worth of cereal, 4 meringues(80 calories) , 2 diet sodas, 1 jello, some turkey. URGH ( Read more... )

Being responsible for what you eat is the first step. Always remember if you mess up now that you will do better the next time. For me it helps me to think of calorie counting and restricting as a life style and not a diet. A diet is something you break. It's something that you come off of. A lifestyle change is permenant.
