so yesterday i hit a 2x4 in the road because i couldnt change lanes or swerve. sooooooo now my car wobbles... AND as an added bonus the mechanic said/i saw there is a large piece missing from where my front lower transmission mount should be. GREAT! this means the following

are you sure the mechanic isnt just saying that stuff about the transmission so that he can scam you out of more money? you always gotta be skeptical of these mechanics sometimes. a lot of them are con artists.

no it really does cost that much. im getting one rebuilt instead.. its $2000 plus tax i only have to pay $500 cause of my deductible if i claim it. (which im sure i will.. because im far too broke to afford $2000)
