I thought you just left it open on your application so whoever bids for you makes the decision afterwards. Or that is how I read it. You don't have to offer anything specific, but you can specify if you do really want to write a certain something or really don't want to write a certain something...

Given my muse, I'm inclined toward being specific, or narrowing it down at least. If I left it open and someone gave me their own set of specs there's a good chance that I'll just be like 'nope sorry, can't deliver that.'
