The lobby of my apartment building is technically the basement, since the building is built into the side of the a very steep hill. So you have to walk all the way down the hill and under the "first" floor to get inside. There only natural light comes from the double-paned glass doors, then you enter the dark, dank "lobby." I've never minded it (

Are you sure he wasn't wanking off too? Man, that is scary.
When I see weirdos like that I like to give them what I call my "Death Stare" (I've been told it is a very mean stare). I just keep staring at them while perfectly still and it usually makes them leave. I think the fact that I'm just standing there giving them a 'dirty' look makes them paranoid and uncomfortable. It's actually kinda funny.
