So, I just came home from a night out on the town.   Me , Brian, Ty, and a couple of the girls from res (Addie, Kailee) hit up Minglewoods for a "post/mid-exam celebration"... and man.  It was a Sunday night, sure... but we bought, in total, between 5 people, 10 pitchers!

It's true. People should be more open to talking to people in general. It's not just cabbies. Everybody's got a story.

Honestly... everyone's so scared of strangers, when the amount of true 'weirdoes' out there is so minimal. Working in service really makes a difference too - it's much easier when you have so much constant contact with the public. I've had some awesome conversations with randoms and regulars. Not only that, but at bus stops, in stores, in washrooms, on the bus... it's also great how people here will greet you and say hi simply in passing on the street. I love it!

I'm glad you agree, but you have to understand that speaking in the men's washroom isn't allowed. There aren't any signs prohibiting it... but you just don't make conversation at the urinal.
