Fuck. Fuuuuuck. Canadians enjoy sitting on the pedestal laughing at the 'dumb Americans' for re-electing Bush. All the time. (Sorry but it's true.) Now we go and elect someone to kiss Bush's ass. Anyone else have a problem with this? As much as we need more money put into our military, I don't want it to be just another branch of the American army ( Read more... )

XD I heard that on the news today. Except I really don't know the difference between the two who were running. (I assume this election would be a major talking point at the sinigog though! Sorry I can't spell...)

After listening to the news it appears Hamas is some sort of big bad terrorist. Bush refused to acknowledge him too! After all the fuss they make how democratic nations are sooo much better... *sighs*

But who would have you voted for? Jack "Women in politics would be less arguing" Layton or Paul "Let's run the country into the ground with scandal" Martin?

Who else is there?

Besides, if you live in Calgary SW, you'll be getting golden roads anytime...

Damn you SWers... Us in the SE will have to fend for ourselves.

Still- XD at your belief of the leaders. It is true that many people felt lost with no alternative to the big 2. Sure, people headed to the NDP and Green (which is flip-flopping lord save us), but not everyone is so far left. Moderates were left totally clueless.

Let's create the GATE party! [/unrealism]

Yup. We went to Caesars probably just before you, then we headed to 7-11s followed by Jo's. Those who came: Me, Jo, Josh, Rory, Chris, and random dude named Mike.

You guys should have pursued and followed us! Would have been way more fun.

LOL! It was Aussie day and the main highlights on the local news last night was bush fires and aborignals burning flags.
Aussie politics is confusing enough without getting into international politics, I will thusly sit this one out. :P

Okay, sounds fair enough. I only know some of Kiwi politics, next to nothing about Aussie politics. So if you are wise enough to leave Canada/US alone, I will not try to figure out Australia.

I agree. Steven Harper makes me furious. If he fucks with Gay Marriage, I'll kill him. Honestly.

It was nice to see you. I looked like shit XD XD

Not really, I loved your pants. It seems you are turning every slightly punk. It was fun to see you too!

Harper... *screams* He says he will put it to a 'free vote'. Which essentially means all fat old men with white hair or no hair will be against it. Then again, it would be funny if that was his first piece of legislation- every one would vote against it just because they hate Harper more.
